14th Annual Thanksgiving “Friends” Celebration
Thanksgiving Day, November 27th from 12-3pm at Friendship Hall, a gathering of friends from throughout the Montrose area will be hosted by Montrose Community Dinners, Inc. along with other community organizations, businesses & individuals. Everyone in the community is invited. There will be door prizes, entertainment, games for the children, and a delicious Thanksgiving meal. For meal deliveries, or if you would like to contribute or volunteer for this event, call 249-5000.

Santa and Mrs. Claus will arrive in Montrose on Friday, November 28 during the Community Tree Lighting & Caroling at the County Courthouse from 5:30-6:30 pm. Santa and Mrs. Claus will greet the children, light the community Christmas Tree and then the crowd is invited to escort them to Centennial Plaza to open their cabin for the holiday season. Santa’s Cabin will be open through December 23 - days and hours of operation are posted at the Cabin.
