Sat., May 12 - Downtown Montrose Merchants Celebrates a Vintage Mother’s Day. Downtown Merchants and the DDA are hosting a special event to celebrate the special women in our lives this Mother’s. Main Street will be closed from Noon-5:00 p.m. to provide a fun & safe environment. Families and friends can enjoy music, food, old fashion games, vintage cars and a vintage/modern day fashion show. Fashion show will start at 2:00 p.m. and models will showcase fashions from the early 1900s and present day. Pollux, Nina Suzanne’s and SheShe Boutique will provide the hottest fashions for the season. Kids can submit a poem about Mom to Great Harvest Bread by Friday May 11th for a FREE COOKIE. Participating merchants are providing special promotions on Saturday only.
