There are simply not enough local resources to help all the disabled, elderly, homeless, and low-income individuals or families with unexpected costs. These include traveling expenses for mandatory surgeries, bus tickets to out-of-town shelters (for those Montrose can not help), and week long hotel stays because of housing difficulties- to name a few. Not all medical needs of the low-income and Senior Citizens are met by Medicaid and Medicare Audio, Dental, and Visual are out-of-pocket expenses. Call (970)252.0759.
